Join the SKI DIEM Instructor Team in South Korea

SKI DIEM is accepting applications for ski instructor and snowboard instructor jobs in Korea for the 2026/27 winter season. We welcome professional instructors who hold valid qualifications recognized by an ISIA member country.

Successful candidates will provide ski or snowboard lessons to international guests at ski resorts in Gangwon Province. Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin Chinese and English will receive priority consideration.

Qualifications

• Valid Alpine Ski Instructor certification from an ISIA member country.
• Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills are preferred.
• Resume and self-recorded skiing or snowboarding video are required.
• Applicants must have a clean criminal record.
• Applicants must be able to provide documents required for a Korean work visa.

Work Conditions

Location

Ski resorts in Gangwon Province, South Korea

Employment Period

Early December 2026 to late February 2027 or early March 2027.
The final schedule is subject to resort opening dates, weather and operating conditions.

Contract Type

Seasonal contract position for approximately three months

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable during the interview.
• Three meals provided daily.
• Legal Korean work visa provided for the contract period.
• Ski or snowboard equipment provided.
• Helmet, goggles and gloves are not included.
• Season lift pass provided.
