    Frequently asked questions

Does the SKIDIEM program include ski insurance?

As long as the reservation is made at least one week before the lesson and the customer provides passport information, we will include ski insurance for them. If the customer needs proof of insurance, we can provide a certificate. The coverage period matches the duration of the ski lessons booked.

In case of a claim, the insurance company may reimburse approximately 20%–30% of the actual medical expenses.
Please note that medical expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

We provide ski insurance, not travel insurance. Ski insurance only covers accidents that occur during skiing activities.

In accordance with South Korea’s tourism refund regulations, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancellation 10 days before the lesson: 100% full refund, no conditions

    • Cancellation 7 days before the lesson: 10% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee

    • Cancellation 5 days before the lesson: 30% of the total amount will be charged

    • Cancellation 3 days before the lesson: 30% of the total amount will be charged

    • Cancellation 1 day before the lesson: 80% of the total amount will be charged

Please plan your vacation accordingly to avoid unnecessary losses.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters or any other unexpected events.

We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the lesson to allow enough time to change clothes, purchase lift tickets, rent ski equipment, and be ready to meet the instructor.

If the guest is late due to personal reasons, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.

    * Please note that each instructor has multiple lessons scheduled throughout the day, so it is not possible to extend or reschedule the lesson.

    1. Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the lesson — arriving 1 hour early is even better.

    2. Before the lesson begins, you must have your lift ticket and rental ski equipment ready.

    3. Skis, boots, and helmets can be rented on-site. However, gloves and goggles must be purchased on-site or brought by yourself.

    4. Changing into ski wear must be done in advance. After everything is ready, please wait for your ski instructor at the designated meeting point near the ski house.

Children aged 7 and above can book ski lessons with us.

We generally do not accept children under 7 years old for the following reasons:

    1. Young children often lack the muscle development needed to handle ski equipment properly, which can be quite heavy for them.

    2. Children under 7 may frequently look for their parents during the lesson, which can interrupt the session and may require parental supervision.

Our lessons include instruction fees, ski insurance, and the resort’s private instructor permit fee.

Yes, a lift ticket is required as it serves as the entry pass to the ski resort.
You must purchase a lift ticket from the very first lesson, as it is necessary to access the slopes for the class.
