How to Know If Your Booking Is Confirmed
Before your booking is finalized, we will first contact you via social media and send you a confirmation message. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive this confirmation.
Why You Haven’t Received a Reply
During the winter peak season, we usually respond in the evening. For same-day bookings, you must contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone.
If you haven’t received any reply at all, your booking was not successful.
